Every situation was explained thoroughly and each subject very concerning....I don't understand a lot of the medical jargon, and it was explained so that I could ubderstand

I had several things I wanted to discuss with the doctor, but forgot to bring them up. However, if the doctor had gone through the regular routine of care, I would have remembered. I'm a 53 year old female. My doctor did not do a skin check. If she had, I would have had her check a couple moles I had questions about. The doctor did not look in my ears, nose or throat. If she had I would have remembered to ask if I had a build up of ear wax which has happened in the past. We did talk about the need to get a second shot in the shingles vaccine series, but I walked away not knowing if orders were put in and the clinic would call me or if I needed to make an appointment before I left. By the time I got home, I was feeling frustrated and wondering if I should find a different doctor.

The nurse who went through the questions before I saw Dr. Bowlby was excellent. Dr. Bowlby was excellent too.
