Amy Goffena FNP BC-ADM. I currently work in Endocrinology. I provide glucose management for patients in the hospital and see patients in the outpatient setting. I was born and raised in the Roundup area in Montana. I worked as an RN for over 20 years mostly in emergency medicine, before obtaining my master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner. Clinically, my interests are in diabetes and transgender care. I love spending time with my grown children and my dogs. I also enjoy baking and gardening.

I really like that I can schedule both the diabetes educator and the diabetes specialist on the same day; PLUS.they do coordinate between them about my care, so I always get excellent care.

Dr. Goffena is incredible! She put me at ease, listened to my history, and was very receptive. We went over the options and picked what would be best for be, knowing any possible side effects and explained them completely. She is one doctor I'll gladly recommend to all of my trans friends who are seeking a compassionate doctor.
