We agreed on treatment and it wasn't forced on me

She was great explaining the procedure, what to expect and outcomes. Calmed my nerves as I had anxiety about the shots and watched my reaction to the shots. It was way better then I expected would happen. Her caring and empathy helped me so much.

Dr Odermann is outstanding. During my first visit with her, Dr Odermann was thorough, detailed and extremely knowledgeable. She provided me with both visual and auditory information to help me understand my medical situation. Additionally, she did a thorough assessment. In the 3 months between my first and follow-up appointment, I wore a cardiac monitor to finalize my assessment. Finally, the follow-up appointment on August 21st was exceptional in our checkup and exchange of information. She came in at my appointment time, talked with me, and we discussed what was going on with me, then she gave me the information about what she thinks is going on and what she recommends. She ordered some blood work to try to find out what is causing the medical issues I am having. She was patient with me throughout the visit.

Dr. Odermann was polite, professional and thoughtful. I appreciated her time and support. She made referrals and also showed concern for everything from. My pain to my finances.

Dr. O has been very helpful in helping me understand the treatment options, answering my questions, letting me talk through potential triggers, responding promptly when unexpected issues have arisen, and making referrals not only based on our visits but also based on the recommendations of other medical professionals. And she has done it all with great kindness, even on days when I suspect she had a lot going outside that one exam room. I'm very grateful to have found such an amazing doctor.
