I am SO GLAD that I was referred to Austin Smith for my dermatology exam. He had the knowledge to identify my skin cancer and removed it completely. He explained what he wanted to do and completely included me in the decision to be aggressive with treatment.

I'm from out of town. The only thing better would to have seen the specialty Dr much earlier, when symptoms occurred.

Dr seemed to be in a big hurry and was not very friendly!

My 1st visit to Dr. Smith & will return to him if and when I need another appointment. Very nice "bedside manners".

Dr. Smith identified my problem, explained the options and assisted me in choosing an option that I wanted even though it was not covered by my insurance. He also looked up the cost which was helpful in my decision.

Dr seemed detached from my issues. I tried to engage him with some humor but he didn't respond at all. Brought records from rheumatologist but he made no comments.

All was good. I received good careby the doctor. Got done what was needed. I'm just old school and wAs raised with being friendly with customers even if your having a rough day. No big deal just have to get use to todays lifestyles.
