I had reached out via the portal to have my PCP call me to discuss my echo results and my concerns on how this would affect a potential pregnancy and care down the line. Instead of a quick 5-10 minute phone call-the echo read was mailed to me and then reposted in a portal chat. This is very concerning as these reads and results do not answer my specific questions nor did anyone call me to let me know that these results were normal. There needs to be better communication and follow up after these types of visits.

She surprised me by being very knowledgeable about a particular drug I had been taking that has been reformulated since I quit taking it a year or so ago. I was impressed, as my previous provider was apparently not aware of this. Thank you Dr. Fettig.
