    I think the thing I would recommend to the provider is to have more knowledge on the equipment they suggested I purchase. No statistical data was discussed or presented regarding the effectiveness of the equipment, but when I receive the equipment, there was a LOT of statistical information included. Would have put my mind at ease about purchasing the spendy equipment when suggested at the first visit had this information been known and relayed to me.

    Chad was thorough and took my injury seriously despite a negative MRI. He could have been dismissive but he wasn't at all and came up with a solid treatment plan.
