Dr. Meste's nurse met with me first and listened and took vitals. She explained that Dr. Mestre has a medical student and would I mind if he visited with me first and then the doctor would be in. The Medical student was very good and thorough. He listened carefully, examined me and was very professional. He left and he and Dr. Mestre came back in together and she examined me also. They discussed with my husband and me what they thought was going on and then we talked about further tests.

She really took her time with Sydney to have a "normal" conversation with a teenager. The doctor made Sydney feel heard
