Dr Johnson has always been empathetic and explains everything. He's been agreeable to virtual visits in the past. He's responsive to questions on the portal. He doesn't try to force medical solutions. He presents his findings and what he believes to be the best course of action. He wants the patient to make the decision. Which isn't always easy!
