Emma Sparboe, DNP, FNP-BC, grew up in Billings, Montana. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Montana State University in 2017. She worked at the Mayo Clinic on a heart/lung transplant and LVAD unit, later moving closer to home to work on a critical care unit in Bozeman, Montana. She went on to earn her doctoral degree in nursing practice in 2023 from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. She has worked as a nurse practitioner in a variety of rural practice settings in Montana, including emergency care, hospital medicine, and primary care. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two dachshunds.

Emma was very nice and showed tenderness for a delicate situation. I was very pleased with her care. I was given some extra supplies and three days worth of a prescription. I appreciated that very much. (Pharmacy in town was closed)

Is strongly recommend anyone with a medical issue visiting Yellowstone to drive to the Billings Clinic, the care received was exponentially better than in-park clinics
