Eric Widmaier, MD

Eric J. Widmaier M.D. grew up in rural Western Maryland; where he was very active in 4-H, music, athletics, and outdoor pursuits with his family. While majoring in Biology at Ursinus College, Eric competed in Varsity Track and Field. He earned his medical degree at Penn State University and completed a Residency in Family Medicine at York Hospital in Pennsylvania. 

Eric has 3 children. He resides in Townsend with his Girlfriend Sarah, a critical care flight nurse. They have 2 dogs: Jaspur and Gracie. Professionally, Eric brings over 20 years of experience in Emergency, Family, and Rural Medicine to Billings Clinic; as well as a Fellowship in Wilderness Medicine. In his free time, you can find Eric outside hunting, fishing, camping, or snowboarding! He looks forward to serving and being an active part of the Townsend and Broadwater County communities for many years to come.
