Jacob Nilsson, DO, DABFM, grew up in Blackfoot, Idaho. He went to BYU-Idaho where he received a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology in 2018. He then attended medical school at the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2022. He completed residency training through the University of Wyoming Family Medicine Residency in Casper, Wyoming, in 2025. He enjoys the outdoors, lifting weights, and spending time with his wife and three children.

This office is amazing!!! They showed true compassion for the situation I have going on, and are the only reason I have any idea of what I actually have going on. They gave me my MRI results that the neurology department was supposed to give me, but neurology department is too busy to give me important information about my health and well being I suppose

Dr. Nillsson was fantastic. After 3 other visits to the clinic about my shingles he is the first one who actually looked at them.
