About Jean-Yves Nazroo

Jean-Yves Nazroo, MD was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and grew up in the greater Toronto area. He attended McMaster University where he studied in the Life Sciences, with a focus on physiology and immunology. He graduated with honors and on the Dean’s List. He then attended medical school at the Ross University School of Medicine, graduating in November 2019 with highest honors and on the Dean’s List. He then began his internal medicine residency in the greater Detroit area in Pontiac, Michigan in July 2020 at Trinity Health Oakland-WSU and graduated in June 2023. He then moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan where he began his geriatric medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan and graduated in June 2024.

     In his spare time, he pursues his love of cooking, food culture and nutrition. He spends most of his time off browsing farmer’s markets, sampling local restaurants and exploring specialty culinary establishments, ultimately taking newfound inspiration back to his kitchen.

      Dr. Nazroo is an exceptionally good doctor. I'm 86 and have attended Billings Clinic for 60+ years. Dr. G_____ & Dr. R_____ the only ones that come close to personal care like Dr. Nazroo.

      Dr. NAZROO WAS BEYOND AMAZING. BEST FIRST SESSION WITH A DR IN ALL MY 83 YEARS. (OF COURSE DON'T REMEMBER EARLY CHILDHOOD.) HE WAS PERSONALBLE AND A GREAT LISTENER. HE HEARS BEYOND WORDS. HE HAS THE MIND OF A COMPUTER AND THE COMPASSION OF A SAINT. HE WAS SO RESPECTFUL, THROUGH, AND PROFESSIONAL. ALSO HAD A SMILE AND A SENSE OF HUMOUR. HE EVEN FOLLOWED UP AFTER OUR SESSION.
