Jennifer Adey, MD, FACOG, FRCSC, was born and raised in Pleasanton, California. Seeking adventure, she moved to Tucson, Arizona to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, with minors in Chemistry, Math, and Physics, from the University of Arizona in 1998. Shortly thereafter, she moved to Canada and decided to pursue a career in medicine. At Memorial University of Newfoundland, she completed both her medical education and postgraduate residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, graduating in 2007 and finishing her residency in 2012. During her residency, she also earned a Diploma in Clinical Epidemiology.
It was during this time that she met her husband, a native Newfoundlander. With a shared vision of returning to California, the couple moved back where she joined Stanford Medicine Partners and served as an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stanford University. Recently, drawn by a love for nature and adventure, she relocated to Montana. When not enjoying time with their 4 daughters and 2 dogs, she and her husband love to travel the globe.

Although I had never met her before, Dr Jennifer Adey was precisely the Dr we needed for this urgent situation. She did so with great knowledge and skill, yet made not my husband and I feel safe & comfortable as we charted a course of treatment going forward. Her communication skills are excellent and warm.
