Katie was phenomenal. We talked about everything I needed to and she helped make decisions and move forward about all of it. I also really appreciate that she ordered blood work before the appointment and then took time to go over it with me during the appointment.

I feel that my provider didn't completely listen. When I talked about a chronic issue I had, she kept recommending a medication that I know won't work and prescribed it for me even though it doesn't help and I said that 3 times. She also stated I'm not on birth control in my chart but I told her I was and she specifically asked which one and I told her. This is concerning as I'll need to get it refilled soon and it's not even in my chart
