At Billings Clinic, our goal is that everyone who walks through our doors will feel informed, heard, and cared for. Patient experience focuses on delivering critical aspects of healthcare such as easy access to information and good communication with health care providers. We monitor patient experience with patient surveys to understand how we are doing, identify opportunities for improvement, and recognize exceptional care and team members.
