Marco B Thierry, MD

Marco Thierry, MD. Born in Mendoza, Argentina but raised in Toronto, Canada from the age of 9. Went to the University of Western Ontario for a Bachelors of Science, and then to Windsor University School of Medicine in the beautiful island of St. Kitts for medical school. He did his clinical training throughout hospitals in Chicago, where he met his now wife, Monica, who he married during his first year of fellowship training. He went to the University of Texas in the Rio Grande Valley for Internal Medicine residency training, where he served as Chief Resident during his 3rd year. He then went on to Washington University in St. Louis-Barnes Jewish Hospital for his Fellowship training in Nephrology, where he served as Chief Fellow during his 2nd year. He has played with local rugby teams throughout his medical training, most recently with the St. Louis Hornets RFC. He and his wife enjoy exploring the cities they live in, and making new friends over a local beer, as well as taking their dog Mabel out for walks, and playing with their cat Dipper at home.
