I had a lot of questions and the assistants and provider took the time to answer all of them.

I let Dr. Worrall know that I wasn't happy with my last visit. He listened to my concerns & adjusted the injection site to accommodate my concerns. Much better than the April visit.

Dr did not explain or engage me in the exam. Did not give any confidence in the exam or solving my concerns

Best shot I ever had absolutely no pain

First visit with new doctor for shot 162 in left eye. Doctor was flippant when I inquiring about new gel being put in my eye to deadening it. "Not new to him".

By the time I saw doctor my numbing had wore off. My injections hurt. Instant headache and head pain. As doctor moved on to next patient, I sat there trying to get my head to not hurt so much and my eyes to adjust.

I appreciated Dr Worroll's honest answers to my questions

Dr. Worrall is quite a character! He had worked at Dean McGee Eye Institute alongside the physician who performed my retinal detachment repair, which made me feel more comfortable about continuity of care.

Dr Worrell sat down and answered questions I had about my health condition and future care. He was relaxed, and knowledgeable, open and direct. I felt calm talking to him and comfortable asking questions. He appreciated the things I was doing right for my health, and although I don't have a future "cure", he made me feel good about what I'm trying to do to keep my health on track. I did not feel any judgement, only appreciation for caring enough to be there. I really do like Dr. Worrell.

The staff and doctors have been great there.

Dr. Worrall used gel to deaden eye and gave a great shot - the least after effects ever. Dr. Worrall didn't introduce himself and was reluctant to answer questions.

I could definitely could tell he was in a hurry. It was my first time seeing this new doctor and I needed to ask a few more questions. Not good bedside manner.

There isn't anything I could say negative about my visit. I walked out smiling and would recommend Dr. Worrall to others.

Excellent. I'm so glad Dr. Worrell is here, and hopefully to stay for a while. I'm glad they are investing in new furniture and appliances for their new home because that is also and investment in me, in my opinion. Dr. Worrell has a good sense of humor, he was friendly, reassuring and kind. I like him so much and I was worried as this is my 4rth retinologist in as many years. Thank you for finding him.

Because the appointment was at the end of the day and the type of problem, the interaction was short and explanations were provided at a fast pace.

The doctor spoke too much about his feelings on my healthcare.
