I was in for a dermatological check up. I have known the attending physician for many years so that eliminated the "get to know you" part of any visit. My check up did not result in any post exam directives but I was informed about common situations that do arise with people with a similar history and background and given suggestions as to how to minimize those possibilities.

Dr. Spenny is wonderful. I recommend her to my friends.

The doctor gave careful attention to my concerns and treated conditions that had been ignored by the dermatologist I had seen in the past. She also discussed plans for a follow-up regarding things she didn't treat and prepared to monitor them again at the follow-up (measurements and pictures of current conditions). I was impressed and pleased.

Dr Spenny used an AI app to record the visit. I noticed she was more engaged with me during the visit. She was able to pay attention to my concerns without trying to remember her findings of the exam. This was a totally unexpected outcome for me. I enjoyed the connection with her. Also it was better because there was not another person in the room taking notes. She has always been very professional during exams. But this time I felt she was listening to me.
