Nicole DeArmond, PA-C, is originally from rural Minnesota. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and a Master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Augsburg College. Upon graduating, Nicole worked as a PA in orthopedics for four years, and then transitioned to family medicine, where she has continued to practice for the past 14 1/2 years (since 2009). Nicole and her family relocated to Bozeman from Wisconsin in 2015 when she began working at Shields Valley Clinic in Wilsall, MT. She is thrilled to be working in family medicine at Billings Clinic Bozeman. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys cross-country and alpine skiing, hiking, rafting, fishing and spending time with her family.

What can I say.not enough !!! Nicole went above & beyond compassion &/or medical expertise in diagnosing my immediate heart issues. And without any hesitation, she sent me to the ER for further evaluations asap. What a gift Nicole is to the medical world(espus here in the GalVal)! I mean it with all of my heart. She was instrumental in saving my lifeI'm forever grateful. I will be writing her a note.

Nichole and the other nurse (Ashley?) were superb. They explained matters well, informed me of my condition, examined me re my diabetes (Nichole asked to examine my legs for swelling. First time in seven years (I was in Philadelphia for past seven years) that a doctor examined my legs and asked the obvious question about swelling. I was very impressed with Billings Clinic's Nichole.

Nicole was amazing and actually listened to what I had to say. The first words out of her mouth were not you need to lose weight. It was general concern about what was going on and everything that I have been through and understanding that yes it is hard to lose weight with a back injury that I have dealt with for 8yrs
