Nicole Hountz, DO, grew up in Batesville, Indiana. She went to Indiana University where she received her undergraduate degree in Human Biology in 2017. She then attended Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2022. She completed her family medicine residency at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana in 2025, serving as Chief Resident during her final year. During her training, she also completed a 200 hour course in Integrative Medicine through Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at The University of Arizona. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their family, snuggling their cat, Gracie, and traveling.

I have already recommended my colleagues in Lewistown to Dr. Hountz she called me personally (not her staff) w/my ultrasound results immediately after the radiologist read my results talk about quality patient-centered care.
