    Didn't really listen to anything I had to say. Everything was just brushed off. Like I said earlier I felt like a career student there for an oil change. It was very rushed with a get them in and get them out attitude. It was a very impersonal experience

    Wow! Dr. Larson was so caring, knowledgeable and down to earth. I am so happy I found him and made him my "primary caregiver". He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed through. Dr. Larson is an asset of Billings Clinic!

    Seth Larson listened well and was very thorough. Billings Clinic would be wise to support providers that put the patient first as Seth did during this visit. Please encourage other providers to listen to their patients, as Seth does. There is often more that can learned by the provider to better understand and properly care for patients.

    Dr. Larson has been my PCP for multiple years and I've always felt like I'm being heard. He, like his nurse has a down-to-earth presence, which I appreciate. He doesn't have an agenda outside of proving great care; something that seems like a sub-goal for many doctors these days.
