Dr Sasankan engages us (me and my husband) in discussions of next steps, options, and suggestions for improvement (such as weight loss, changing of timing of the medications, and so on). Some things need to be done precisely and that is clearly communicated. But she is good about leaving some "play" in the overall treatment plan for optional changes.
