I am an LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) providing person-centered, individual therapy to adults. I have a special interest in treating trauma and am experienced in using EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help individuals heal from adverse life experiences. Originally from California, I have enjoyed living in Arizona and Wyoming in recent years. I love wide open spaces (desert, mountain or prairie!) and exploring them with my dogs.
