Urgent Care Downtown

We know your life is busy. That's why we offer Urgent Care Downtown. 

We offer care for minor illnesses and injuries. On site x-ray and 24-hour lab access is available, plus the added resources of over 50 specialty departments of the Billings Clinic. If you have visited Billings Clinic in the past, your Billings Clinic computerized medical record is already at Urgent Care Downtown. When you walk in, we know you and we're ready to care for you.

Billings Clinic's Emergency and Trauma Center is always open.

If you are experiencing any of these conditions, call 911 and go to the Emergency & Trauma Center:

• Chest pain
• Trouble breathing
• Stroke symptoms
• Severe abdominal pain
• Excessive bleeding
• Severe pain for any reason
• Any other potentially life-threatening condition

To limit the number of patients in waiting rooms, Billings Clinic is trying to limit walk-in care for non-emergent needs but we do have same day options available.
